Mustard Garlic Chicken
SERVES: 4
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons salted butter
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 cups leftover roast chicken, shredded
1 cup fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
1 heaped teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 heaped teaspoon seeded mustard
Directions:
Heat the butter in a medium sized frypan until just melted. Add the garlic and saute for a minute until lovely and fragrant.
Add the chicken and cook for a couple of minutes until heated through. Add the parsley and mustards and stir for a further 3 minutes until well combined.
Serve piping hot with white rice and/ or a green salad for a complete meal.
