ABC Overnight Oats

SERVES: 2 • TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES + OVERNIGHT SOAKING

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup rolled oats

  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 apple, cored and sliced

  • ½ punnet blueberries

  • 60g dried cranberries

  • Handful of pepitas

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, cinnamon and chia seeds in a bowl. Add Greek yoghurt, honey or maple syrup and a splash of milk and stir to mix the yoghurt and honey into the oats. Add the rest of the milk and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. When ready to serve, divide between bowls and top with apple, blueberries and cranberries. Sprinkle with pepitas and enjoy.
