Mustard Garlic Chicken

In our final episode of Simply Cooking with Supabarn Helen is using left over chicken for this light & easy recipe.

2 tablespoons salted butter

5 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 cups leftover roast chicken, shredded

1 cup fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped

1 heaped teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 heaped teaspoon seeded mustard


1. Heat the butter in a medium sized frypan until just melted. Add the garlic and saute for a minute until lovely and fragrant.

2. Add the chicken and cook for a couple of minutes until heated through. Add the parsley and mustards and stir for a further 3 minutes until well combined.

3.Serve piping hot with white rice and/ or a green salad for a complete meal.
